Did someone teach you to use computer and how you get addict with it.

hi everybody, i know what are you doing now, yes you are reading at my post isn't it. :) hehe don't get angry to me i just help you to smile and help you to get fresh again.
So this is the bonus question that i have i my mind that been hold for a few day ago and now i have to write it here. who really did teach you about this computer, did you learn it by yourself or you boyfriend or girlfriend teach you how to use it or you have learn it at school.
Second when you have try using this machine suddenly you get addicted to use it again and again, what the fun that you have just found on it. Maybe there is a people found their love on the internet that make he or she always on the computer so he or she can communicate each other. Any reason for this what should you think.

I am an engineeering student when I brought the computer my friend had taught me all the things in computer I came to learn maximum use of computer Thank's to him

Ooo!!! Now you got me angry. First I am not addicted to the computer, I use it for writing, and for finding information as well as making money. But I do not suffer withdrawals when I am away from it. Okay get it? Now I am on myLot because I am interested in the discussions, it is a way to make money doing what I love: writing. So is there anything wrong with that? Who is allowed to use the computer without being accused of being an addict? Tell me.
Now how I learned, by osmosis. My older son is a computer geek and I watched what he was doing and I absorbed it. It took me some time and I was glad when Windows came out because I hated typing out all those dos lines.

hi suspensefu,
why have to get angry about this, how can you do writing if you don't have computer, if you computer is broken did you take your pen and paper to writing or did you find any information that you need on the library if the computer is out of service. i think all we can do if the computer is broken is to send it to the repair man, at that time you will do nothing but keep thinking about the computer when will it be done fine. :) it not a addicting i think just crazy about it ;)

I went into rehab about 12 years ago. My brother being the great guy he is decided I needed something to occupy my time when I got home to help me stay clean. He hooked up a computer and internet for me before I got home. I taught myself a lot, but he really helped me a lot to learn the hardware side of things. Now I'm a computer geek a dozen years later. It was a very old computer he threw together one short notice for me so I had to learn to upgrade my systems. Now I'm really good at computer stuff.
I like being able to talk to people around the world. I have made many friends online and I enjoy talking to them. I also use my computer to make extra money so I spend a lot of time on here working. It's a great way to kill my spare time.

i have to learn all the thing by myself first and then i get learn when i see someone do it, most of it i get learn by myself, have to do lot of hardworking but it is so fun, when someone on my village call me to repair they computer they will give me some extra money too :)

I was first introduced to computers in my school in class 3. But we did logos the and small programs thereafter. What really got me into it is the internet. When I took admission in college my dad bought me a PC. And then I took the et connection. Its amazing !! So many things are there -books, mylot,themes, wallpapers, music.....-it can keep me hooked to the screen all day.
Nobody actually tought me handling the PC.In schools we are not even allowed to start a pc. It was all set up for us-go and type.I have learnt it through self-effort.

My accountant taught me how to use computer in doing account. And I taught him how to go for the net.

yes, at first i was taught on how to open or turn on the computer. but then after a while i just did some self study on how to use a computer. of course it is really hard at first just like in any other gadgets. i was trying to familiarize myself on how to turn the computer at first. the only think i know about the computer is how to open it and how to use it for the internet. but i really still don't know much about the computer.

i think you a new comer, so welcome to mylot community, for a short while here did you enjoy yourself, i hope so.
don't worry friend, keep learning then you will become pro on it :), my nephew just 4 year old, but you know when he always sitting behind me he stealing the knowledge from me hehehe.. and now he can turn on the computer and play some games.
