Public Transportation, Private Cars or Bikes??? Which do you prefer???

Prices are going up, fares are even going up as well, also the food that we eat are now going up. This is just a nightmare.
At my country the philippines, taxi fares, jeepney fares, bus fares, tricycle fares, are going up because of the gasoline price hike. Before I take those transportation to go to work and back home... and it cost me a lot money just to travel, including using your own car, this costs a lot of money in spending gasoline. For me to be very practical in our today's economy crisis, I purchased a bike three years ago and until now, I use my bike to go to work and back to my place. And out of this, I get to have exercise and save a lot of money.
In your case, which do you still prefer to use as means of transportation???

hello Modelcoy....you are so lucky that you can reach your place of work by bike. But I have no other choice but to depend on public transportation because even by bus,it takes me hour and half to reach my office....so cannot use bike as it is dangerous on highway and time consuming. I cannot efford a car with high petrol prices and also insurance which is compulsary.......so like all other middle class people, we are still dependent on all these costly but easily available public transportation services. But I must say you made a good choice and you definitely must be saving lot of money and people who can follow your idea should really do it........Have a great day.
