How would you react when a stranger says "u look beautiful" and how does it feel

after reading this discussion its nice to know that you girls really feel good if someone praises you about your beauty ... i normally was afraid to say it out to a beautiful girl but after reading this i will try to express it.

It happened few times to me, yes. I usually blush and smile at that. I never say 'thank you' for the compliment, because I never know the reasoning behind that compliment. But yes, it picks me up :) My mood usually skyrockets after that :) Does that make me shallow? ;P

I get that sometimes and it always catches me off guard and I get really embarrassed but I somehow manage to say thank you and hope that's the end of it. Still it does make me feel good. I've never been real good at handling compliments. When I was younger, I did used to just act as if I hadn't heard but now I do at least say thank you.

I am like you. I usually Ignore especially if the guy looks like he has ulterior motive. I'll ignore and quickly walk away. However, if it's a friend or an acquaintance, I'll just reply with a 'Thank You'. In that past, when I was not very confident, I would usually say, 'No, don't say that. I am not.' I am glad I am more confident to say 'Thank you'. I have some friends who are extremely confident. If someone says they are pretty, they will reply, 'I know'.

Hi sharay! Wow! If someone tells me I'm beautiful, I would be elated! Especially coming from a stranger you just happen to pass by. I would be very proud of myself if that happens. But I won't let it get into my head and I'd still keep my feet on the ground. I would still keep my posture and like what you did, keep on walking as if nothing happened. Ciao!

To be honest, I m not so used to hearing this compliment or other like this.In fact,not long ago, one of my co-workers, a guy, with no girlfriend, one day said " y are so beautiful today!" to me, I acted as nothing without a word. maybe from the moment, I felt that he was a little disgusting,, maybe I think if a guy praise u he only want to leave a good impression on you,or have other intention. hehe, just my opinion,

It depends who said it and how he said it.Usually say thank you when somebody tells me I look beautiful. LOL However, if the person who said those words to me happens to be one of those obnoxious persons who can seem to get their hands off from any female they met, I usually give him that killer look and send him the message to back off or I'll chop his head off. LOL

i have the same experience when i was a teenager.but no one told me himself.just talk with the other about my wonderful shape.i really felt happy inside at that moment.this things happened morn than once.

i encountered that incidence during my high school days, But you know what i felt. I feel so afraid Because that man twice older than my ages that time. so i walked really very past without any comment to escape from that strangers.
