How long do you stay on your computers?

I am staying on my pc most of the free times throught the day. My personal interest is to browse through internet all the free time with me.

I am sitting in front of my desktop everyday depend on the amount of email letter that I read and reply. sometimes I'm browsing another website and I'm online all day for chatting If my friends comes for chatting. Hehe....Nowadays many of us think like that.I have sit here all the day.But I think I should live it for sometime.It's really bad for our heath so we should do some exercises.

For me i think sometime i can sit in front of the computer almost till half of the day. Just imaggine how mush you can do with you computer with the broadband internet connection. But after the day i using my computer almost for half day, i will scare seeing computer in the nest day. I don't known why, maybe i didn't got a nice confrontable chair to seat in front of my computer.
