I need some songs to sing for a talent quest please =]

Hey everyone! My school is having a talent quest and i joined last year and won with my best friend. I wanted to join this year but im going solo because my bestie moved schools. I have been thinking about which song I am going to sing but i have absolutely no clue! I like want a song that the crowd can get into, one that suits my voice, one that will wow! the judges and a song thats fun to sing. If you have any suggestions please feel free to respond to this discussion! thank you guys! =]

hi tamara, i sing all kinds of songs, who is tantic' by? i really wouldn't know if i have a beautiful voice lol, but people usually comment me on my voice whenever i sing though, soo yeh ;P thank you! =D

i am a singer nad thats what i do for a living. the singing started when i was 15 singing in our choir. then went on singing on a band and sometimes solo. i am 37 years old already and still singing. can i ask what kind of songs do you like to sing? what kind of voice do you have? it is much better to decide what song i can suggest if i know the range of your voice. welcoe to mylot hope you like it here like most of us do

im not sure about my range but my lowest note i think would be G, the one near middle C that is. And my highest i think i probably can sing an octave higher and a few keys higher.

is it okay to you to sing a little jazz music or you want to stick with just love songs? why not listen to BASIA'ssongs that make give you some interest. do you have falcetto? why not try songs of julia fordham? you didnt put what kind of songs you like to sing. what songs you tried singing so i know how to help you. who is your favorite singer?

Just choose a song that you are most comfortable to sing. We may all suggest a song for you but I think it's still all up to you.
