i have a young sister work in a film and media company.she always works overtime and without overtime pay.how about you?
as far as i know, the labour law has the specific rules about working overtime.but in most of private enterprises, who ask employees to work overtime.some companies may give the overtime charges, but others always not.they just think it's a normal and reasonable thing as the employees to work hard for them and work overtime means who is a good one.
i want to say life is more than work.one hand,we should enjoy our beautiful life more with our family.on the other hand,we should have the courage to say no to that company who grind the face of the labour.sometimes we shall not exclusive of taking necessary steps to protect our rights by law.in spite of what i just said, there still has some difficult in firing the boss because of money.
maybe ,i'm lucky now.i have more thim free that i can do what thing interesting to me.what about you? can you share your experience with us about this. good luck to you!

you are right.we have to face the life.there is a saying which goes like this"there is a gap between ideal and reality".but we should solve the problems smarter to strive for our rights and interests.

Hello dear lovely parrot. Yes, I work overtime during our days off to teach the students and we are paid for this, but if I help train my students for competitions, I have never asked for extra pay for my extra work. Thus my immediate once said to me that he admires and appreciates me for my hard work. I am glad to hear him say so to me before me and I feel contented already as I have won his recognition. Thanks.

Yes, same with your sister I sometimes works over time without overtime pay.. I'm a graphic artist in one of the hotel company.. Actually, my boss always asked as to overtime without overtime pay.. We cannot tell him we don't like because if we do that then obviously you don't have a job by tomorrow.. Actually, he is doing against the labour code but since we are afraid to lose our jobs then we just do it even we don't like.. Well, I'm already finding other job but it is not that easy.. I hope I will able to find a good job for me..
