Did you know that Bill Gates is no longer the richest man on earth. The throne was passed to Warren Buffett with a fortune of $62 billion.
The second spot is owned by the Mexican telecom mogul Carlos Slim with $60 billion fortune.
Bill Gates is now on the 3rd spot with $58 billion fortune.

You're right, he gives some of his fortune to charities. But still he is on the 3rd spot. Buffett is just $4 billion richer than him. Bill is still rich. :-)

Well he's still got more money then I got.I would be grateful for 100% of what he's got.I is obviously a very smart man to have made the acomplishments he has. These acomploshments have earned him more then I can even dream of.He is a very fortunate man.He has not been selfish.Him and his wife have given to many charities and helped a lot with education.God bless them.He may not be the richest person in dollars and cents, but he is still rich with being intelligent and having compasion.

As an addition to that did you know that he has finally stepped down from Microsoft to retire and concentrate on his charity and foundation to help the poor. I think that is noble of him that he did not cling to his wealth and instead extend his hand to the many. It is just about time that he does that. He has been pretty successful in all his endeavors and its just timely that he shares what he earned from us.

It used to be important to me who was the richest man in te world as if it really mattered. I must be getting old. I suddenly find there are things more important than this piece of trivia. Cheers!!
