What will happen to the team now?

Okay, so season 6 will start in September. And the team has been separated, all of them getting new assignments and Gibbs getting a brand new team.
And yet, one of the producers in his interview with Eonline, said that they are not writing Tony, Ziva and McGee off like the creators of House did with Chase, Cameron and Foreman.
But how the situation be fixed? What are your ideas? What will happen and what would you *like* to happen?
I think the team won't be able to be put back together as long as the new director is in charge... On the other hand it would be really cool to watch Gibbs bully the new team into submition. What's your take on this?

Geee.. i can't even think NCIS without Tony, Ziva and McGee.
Yeah.. I've read a couple of interview with the producers, they said like u'll be surprised to watch the new season... Well i hope that's true..
But then... If Tony, Ziva and McGEe are seperated.. we can't see them interact again.. ukh.. i really love when Tony and McGee 'fight'....
the bond between Ziva and Tony is so strong too... feels like ziva found her soulmate wit Tony....
Ah I can't wait 23 Sept.

I'm stunned to read this. September 23rd is the start of the new season. Ziva, Tony and Timothy make the show. Not sure how I'm going to like these changes you mentioned. I don't know why producers change shows when they don't need changing!
