physical beauty or personality?

hi, in looking for a partner in life would you choose physical beauty over personality? i know physical attraction comes in first above anything else since it's really noticeable but would it be enough? i am just wondering...

The attraction through physical beauty will not lasts long. It will be subsided if the person does not have personality. Physical appearance is a factor for first impression but for a long lasting relation the personality and behaviour are most important.

As "cliche" as this is remember.... "beauty is only skin deep." I think he most important thing in person is the way they think, feel and express those thoughts and feeling. I have met some good looking men in my life that were nothing but that...just .. good looking. NO BRAINS NO HEART. Personality is the most important trait to me.

HAI, While looking for a partner first thing we notice is as you said i.e,physical beauty. But as far marriage is concerned most of them will be worried about the personality than physical beauty. We will marry to that person whose personality overcomes physical beauty.
