I really miss my school days. They were real fun. I remember when I was in school, I wished I was in college, but then when I went to college, I started missing my school and realised that school days were the best. What about you. Which days were better for you, I mean you enjoyed your school life or the college life the most? I often still see my school in dreams, may be I really loved my school.

I truly and fully agree with you pal. I miss my school life and too my school friends than college. The reason are many, i was attached to my school for more years than college. And also we can see in school teachers more dedicated to us than professors in college. even though we can do all mischieves during college time i love my school and my teachers a lot. I miss all my teachers who have brought me up as a good human.

I hated high school but I loved college. I don't think I'd ever want to live high school over again. I have many fond memories of college. I never had friends in high school but I did in college. I don't think I'd want to relive college either but I did like it better.

I grew up in a very small village and the school we went to was nothing more than a converted church hall. We had just the one teacher and he taught all the 3 classes at the one hall school. But looking back now, those were my introduction to self sufficiency concepts. We were all encouraged to have our own small plot of veggie gardens that we planted all types of plants like tomatoes, chillis, beans, even papayas and many others.
We were given time to tend to the garden each morning and that was really interesting as the teacher also ran competitions to encourage us to be creative and to produce the best and most productive plot. we had no access to such things as commercial fertilisers so I guess it was mostly organic and good quality compost that gave a very rich and fresh looking veggies from our school gardens.
Sadly, this concept is no longer taught in the schools that I see these days.

Hello, onlinemoneymatters! Just here stopping by. I noticed this topic because I think it was nice of you to miss your school days. Even though I can't understand your situation because I am still attending a school, I think I, too, will miss my school days when I graduate from high school. School days really are fun and exciting, especially when you spend them with your best friends. But then, universities are a bunch different from schools. I can imagine now how I will miss my high school days when I go to college. -sigh- Your topic is a wonderful one...
