Phew and now the vacation is over! lol

I reckon you have more than 50 AGB and I would love to answer them all but you know I am too lazy to do that! lol I think it is ironic that people like you who take care of elderly parents all year cannot get a holiday - you guys deserve it more than most of us! Thanks hen - we had a fantastic time - even when it bucketed down with rain! lol We laughed a lot at teh people out playing golf even when the green in front of our chalet was flooded! lol So good to be home though! xxx

We had a great time - I even met a couple of women who were there on a conference from the University of Georgia - one of them was from Tennessee and I guessed that cos of her accent - she was very impressed! About not having had a holiday in what seems like ages mummymo, it was all said with tongue in cheek, so don't feel sorry! Just glad you enjoyed yourself. My problem is we have ageing pets (not including hubby and me) and I would probably worry too much about them.....but am hanging out for the big one when the time is right! Oh and need to get some money for it, that would help! xx

You try going on holiday with my lot and see how tired you are - even if you don't drink as much as I did! lol Silly me - must be some other Gabs who is stubborn! xxxx

A hundred and twenty miles is quite a while to be sitting cramped up in a car, however much legroom you have. I travel by coach a lot and since the seatbelts were made compulsory, I find I'm really stiff when I arrive at my destination, and have to get off the bus after everybody else, so I can stretch my legs more and become more mobile. The seat belts aren't all that flexible so you can't change position much. Still, I love to travel by coach... they're so direct, and you don't have to lug your luggage about, as it's taken from you as you board the buses. The seats recline if you wish, so that you can get some zzzzs, and if not, the scenery is wonderful. Why do holidays always make you tired? Is it that you try to cram everything into a week... I guess so? I'm glad you had a good time anyway... it was a well-needed break with routine for you. Now I have to go for a walk soon, so that you can come along and feel the benefits, my dear friend. xxx

Oh I find the travelling very tiring too Darkwing at least now I do! Even though it was only about 120 miles away in the car I have to get David to keep stopping so I could get out the car and move a bit! I have missed you too sweets and I hope to catch up with you very soon! Hugs xxx

Aww Thanks my dearest Tickle! I thought it would take me a few days to settle and get back to normal but I am still trying to get there as there is so much going on here but I know it will all calm down soon - or at least I hope so! I don't have to do any unpacking as I can't manage it so I just 'direct' the rest of the family in what to do and I can do that with my laptop on! xxx

I am ashamed to say that I will not answer all the notifications - I used to try and do that if i had been away for any reason but I now realise that I put a lot of stress on myself when I do that and I am not prepared to make myself ill. I am still way behind despite deleting a lot of notifications so here is hoping we both get caught up soon! I am so glad you are back too sweetheart as you always bring a smile to my heart as well as my face! Hugs xxx

Hi mummymo! haha..I am not really stressing myself to respond to all the notifications, I still take my own sweet time. haha..So, I will never know when I will be able to catch up too.
