Last week,at work I was given about 3 projects which were very difficult to achieve and I was given a 2 week ultimatum which was really harsh,I tried to challenge the decision but then my boss wanted to make it spicy,so he put my job on line of which hurt me real bad.It felt so unfair that a human being could be so cruel to another.I wanted to slap him in his face and spit on him with spite but could not so I just swallowed it and accepted the situation I had on my hands.
Right now I am juggling the three and it is really tough as I cannot take them at one project at a time.I have a lot of stress on my shoulders. What do guys suggest I should do to relieve stress as I am very desperate for any solution possible.
I tried to forget the problem by going out one night with a couple of friends, but it only slowed my progress down. What should I do as I feel that I am going to explode at any moment and that my reactions after that are not to be called for. Please I need help?

First of all, yes, your boss is being very unfair and he is a jerk. That being said, use this opportunity to let your light shine. Make sure you are as organized as possible so that you make the best use of your time while juggling these projects. Put in extra hours if necessary and get them done. Afterwards, make sure you make a note of these projects and the situation that you were put in so that you can remind your boss of this when it's time for your job performance to be reviewed or when it's time to talk about getting a raise. Many times bosses will unfairly push employees but, if you get the projects done, it helps you in the long run.
