who can't live without there mobile phones

I Believer there are people who really cannot live without mobile phones.. some people cannot help it not to text there textmates...I for one I love to call than text and i can live without mobile phones but for now working its a must for me to have a mobile phone..

I know im 17 and my phones like my life. And one time my mom grounded me and took my phone i had nothing to do i was bored out of my mind i mean like right now while replying to this my phones right on the desk next to me and im texting. I mean if i had to i probly could live without it but i would hate it.

thanks skirvsatthird..But you have to control yourself on cellphone usage it might also distract your studies. Im pretty sure that what also your parents thinking that instead you are reading or doing your school stuff you are texting.
Mobiles are important really for communication but lets not spend too much time texting..

yea i understand but the funny thing is i dont get any signal in my classes except for gym and i cant txt during that class so it doesnt really affect my studies and stuff like that

Lol... I guess I can fit into that... Cell. phone is the only phone I use... I do have a land line but I only have it because I have DSL at home for internet & also my daughter uses it to call me if she has to... My daughter is only 8 & I do think she's too young for a cell. phone... All the people I know, or I should say all the people I wanna talk to, have my cell. phone number... Anytime I give out my house number is when I don't wanna talk to them, telemarketers, signing up for something & they require phone numbers, etc, etc... When I'm home, sometimes I get a phone call on my house phone from my daughter's friend or their parents to see if she can play, stay over night & so forth... My daughter usually grabs my cell. phone to call them back... She called her best friend enough times that my cell. phone number popped up on her caller id... Now her friend & per parents know my cell. phone number & I get a call for my daughter on my cell. phone every now & then... lol... Now I'm slowly becoming an answering service or secretery for my daughter... "Can I take a message? She'll call you back..."

Hello Dorothy, My cell is the only phone I have so yes, I need it. I havent had nome phone service for almost two years and I get along just fine with just my cell. I dont text people and I really dont spent a lot of time talking on the phone but I do need it!

i can live without my phone, it would be hard though. i think of my phone as my third baby. and everytime a new on comes out that i like have to get it. i remember one time at work i dropped my phone and io screamed so loud tha some of my co workers came running out because they thought something had happened to me, but when they go there all they found was me sitting on the floor trying to piece my phone back together.
