Are tight jeans taking over?

It seems like tight jeans are the fashion lately and this summer isn't going to change anything about that. I like my pants to be a bit more wide, flared at the bottom and cover my shoes or boots. Tight pants make me feel kind of trapped inside my own clothing, especially if they don't have a stretch in it. Working with kids it's not handy having on something that makes you feel like your moves are limited. They just aren't comfy in my opinion.
Flared jeans are harder and harder to come by, tight jeans are taking over everywhere? Are you facing the same problem or do you think: Hurray, they are finally here?

I like tight jeans,I don't know which kind of jeans you wear, the original ones or the stretching matherial, because I always buy elastic ones, and I feel good in them,I can move around easy,I don't feel they are keeping me tight in any way..I didn't like the models you are talking about because they don't look good on me,I don't have the shapes for them, but if you like them and you look good in them,I am sure you find them in some stores, more expensive though I believe.

Elastic ones are more comfy, you are right about that.
I started to sew my own pants from now on unless I see very nice ones or have little time to do so. I took two older pants and made capri and bermuda pants of them because of the hot weather and added some cool new details.
I love cumstomizing stuff, like I got a whole new wardrobe while these pants are actually 6 years old . I didn't grow alot and I was allways, and still am, very nice and neat with my clothing.
Even though I work in child day care little of my outfits get ruined, and with kids I'm not to carefull or to shabby. I roll around on the floor with them, etc, but somehow my clothing seems to last quite long .

Then you must buy quality stuff, I must shamefully admit that i look more in design and price rather than quality but i always buy new stuff anyway so it's not a problem.
I admire people that know how make new interesting clothes out of old ones, i have no patience for that.
