Do you respect the inner feelings of your daughter?

I cant believe you're thanking Mylot - any good parent should have known better than to beat a child. That's just wrong & cruel. You shouldn't force anyone to do things they don't want to do & if they continue to resists - a beating is NEVER the option. Perhaps thinking of better ways to raise you child would be the way to go as abuse is definitely not something a loving parent would do. As i mentioned in a reply earlier - i guess some cultures are different but in MOST countries, it's illegal to abuse/beat your child - it's a shame it's not a world wide law because it's cruel & wrong to abuse your own children, especially if they are only like that because of how you chose to raise them.
