Ok im really targeting this to people who have aleady been paid. Does your paypal account have to be verified for them to be able to send you the money?

I think you better get your paypal account verified. It is not so difficult to get it verified as you only key in your credit or debit card information. And they will debit back the 1.95 dollar the charged you after your card has been verified and you key in the PayPal transaction number.
You are going to get it verified if you really want to earn money online. Even if mylot pay you, other sites won't.

Well thats distressing seeing as i dont have a credit card/bank account. My parent won't let me use theirs either so i have my fingers crossed.

Very good for discovering that! But after mylot pay you, how are you going to get the money out of PayPal? You still need a bank account or a debit/credit card to do so.

I have not reached my minimum payout even once.So i am also eager to know paypal account have to be verified or not.I too dont know.

Yes, I have received money from mylot as well as many other website. Your paypal account does not have to be verified, some sites do have that option that they pay only to verified members. But your only key it back your paypal account with a credit card. It helps verify your identity and accepts the payments that you receive in your paypal account. It it is not backed by credit card, the payment that you receive will be reversed back to the money sender.
