Is the word ' NON MEMBERS' gramatically correct?

what is the exact phrase or word to be used to identify people who are not members of a particular group. can the word "NON MEMBERS' be used. I dont know the answer.

It's not grammatically correct. The correct term is 'non-member'. As in the singular form.
