Why do people still think they can make a living out of the Internet ?

And I don't mean people that do normal trading business on sites like e-Bay or people who have internet stores...
I am talking about the 1,000's of people who are desperatly clicking on a wide variety of PTC and PTR sites !
The only thing you get from them is like 1 (one!) cent and a sour wrist after spending hours of clicking for like .001 $ per click...
Darn, your electricity bill costs more than you earn, and besides : another result is that your mailbox runs over with mails, asking you to join other "projects"....
Are people stupid, or do they want to be deceived ?
Or are they truely happy having reached pay-out for like $ 10 after over a year of clicking ?
Let me know your opinions !

We all live in hope. Based on the success of a few, thousands want to be like them. People will learn the hard way. When they realise at the end of the month that they have earned only $10 against spending an average of 4-5 hours a day on the system, they will stop.
Some will take a little longer, till they get scammed out of thier money.

My lot is not only the source for earning big money.They are different other sources of earning it.Its different that we dont the secret of earning money.

I don't agree with what you say...not at all. You really CAN make aliving with GPT. I know this for a fact because my cousin is. She has learned all the tricks, tips...and has lots of referrels racked up. And to be honost...she doesnt sit at the computer as much as I thought she did. She only sits for a couple hours in the evening. She received ONE check in the mail last month for a little less then $1,000. She earns enough every month to pay all her bills and what she makes from her actual job is always spending money. She only has a part time job at a local pharmacy. So making a living can really be done. It just takes time and patience to get there. Its taken her about a year to get to the point she is now....but she's there.

You have a point there. We're actually spending more than an hour and we only get more than or less than a dollar for that. Honestly, I easily get addicted with this site but then when I saw our electric bill I think It's kinda frustrating on my part. However this site gives me different perspective about every discussions being posted here. I may not be able to earn more than what I expected but at least I had the chance to share and gain knowledge here.

There are so many scam sites nowdays that majority of users are not paid by these sites.
So one has to be aware of these sites.

I joined Herbalife some years ago.
I met the top of our team and wow the money was not true.
The couple at the very top were getting on average £25,000 a month and I know it to be true.
My then mentor is now after 4 years earning the same,,,me lost pots of money hoping to succed so much so had to sell up and rent,love the house though so all is well.
But be warned always stand back and take a good look at what you are doing do NOT get brainwashed
