Are you in favor of allowing Chicago residents to carry gun(s)?

According to the News, "In too many Chicago neighborhood, gun violence rules the block. And some say the time has come to fight fire power with power."
Do you think it is a better idea to get rid of Chicago's gun ordinance and allow its residents to carry gun(s)? What do you think would happen to Chicago if all its residents have guns?
I think the incidence of gun violence would increase..and there would be so much chaos in the city.
What do you think?

I disagree. I think if people are armed, the criminals are less likely to bother them. This by the way is a fact.
