Thanks for the information. This is something new to my ears but I guess it would be worth trying it.

For the body, I got a really cheap and effective one, it's extremely easy too! It's sea salt. You can check out the details of the recipe here: http://beauty-tricks.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&Itemid=99999999&id=974 Skin is really smooth after using this recipe! Enjoy!

I've heard about sea salt and in fact i was given some sea salt by a friend who came from a visit in Israel. It indeed worked as an exfoliator. Thanks for the response.

The best I've found is baking soda! With whatever regular cleanser you use, make a lather and add about a half teaspoon of baking soda. Work it into the cleanser and it will look like fine cream. Apply to your face in circular motion, then rinse with warm water. Use a moisturizer after drying. This really smooths your skin.

I've heard a lot about baking soda as a cleanser and deodorizer but not as an exfoliator. Thanks for the info. I will surely try it.

Make a paste of sea salt and baby oil and while you are in the shower scrub yourself down with it and then rinse it off without any soap. Skin is SOOOOOOOOO smooth afterwards.
