what is your specialty dish?

hello. i love to eat and i know how to cook. my cooking skills are a little average and i keep on learning a dish or two... that is if i am not busy. and i love to cook mongolian rice, fruit salads, frozen desserts, etc.
how about you? care to share what's your specialty dish and why?

Well like you I also love to eat! I don't think that I could pinpoint one particular dish because I love to cook. The things that people most ask me to make would be my lasagna and my chili. I love to try different kinds of food. Tonight I will be making posole, which is a Mexican soup. I loooove it!

The dish I make the best is lasange. I make just nice simple lasagne that anyone would like. A loag of garlic bread goes nicely with it too and a side salad with ranch dressing.
