How should I cook boneless chicken breast?

I have boneless chicken breast that is already season...I haven't tried it yet. I am trying to figure out how I should cook them..... bake them and if so at what tempature and for how long, on the stove or on the George Forman grill? Any ideas?

Well one great way is by adding duck sauce to it. If you have any leftover Chinese food sauce packets left you can always add them to a dish. Baking is the best way to cook them, in my honest opinion. I think the temperature should be just over 300 degrees, slightly. And try adding some curry to it. That always makes it taste amazing.
