who fixes/services your car?

I can do basic stuff like oil/water/tyre pressures and change bulbs/fuses but used to take my car to the local garage for anything else. However, I now use a moblie mechanic who collects the car, fixes it and brings it back without sucking air through his teeth and charging me a couple of weeks wages!

i myself do the troubleshooting and maintaining of my car in tip top condition. it's not enough to know how to drive a car, one should also know how to care for their car. cars are investments. bringing it to the auto shop even once in a while cost you a fortune so better learn to do simple routine check up like oil change, fixing the brake, electrical check up and even changing tires.

My brother used to service my car, but through a garage. He was let go from the garage several months ago as they had to downsize and I wasn't sure if he wanted me to continue to go there, so I called him to make sure. I did take my car to the same garage.

luckily my boyfriend is a mechanic and anything that goes wrong with my car is ontop of it before i even know myself.

hmm i think you are best of yours that you atleast know how to check these things my sister is so dump that she only know how to check oil in your car she has merely blown up my gas kit atleast 7 times last year and this time she has blown up my gas kit for 5 times,and now my mechanic has said that if the next time i see this car in my garage for gas kit i am going to burn this car in fire without any fear of loss or your mental sister
