i have heard of this speed dating thing when you go to a cafe',and every 5 mins you have a very quick talk or interview with each prospect, then you move on to the next to the left ,to the left ,to the left and so on.You can meet up to 20 people in an night this way,but does this not carry the desperation factor with it?i mean any good quality person would not have the time to be here for one thing, and what about the spontaneousness of by chance meeting?i mean so much for romance?when i think about how i met my wife,it just happened but it took 3 yrs of nothing before this chance encounter, but i was ready and open to it!i would like to hear your opinions on what you both men and women found in your life was the best way to meet that life long soulmate and what it took?some stories are just down right incredible!then you tell me if really any kind of set up groups are better than the old fashion chance fate meetings!

I think chance meetings are the best. That way, it really is fate that has brought the person to you.
I met my partner at a gathering in the place where we both used to live. It took us about a year to realise that we were meant for each other, so by the time we began our relationship, we already knew much about the other and the nasty little habits! lol.
