I am calm and in control. I don't get nervous until after the crisis is over.

Because my kids depend on me and we are the only family we have left I have to stay calm and take the brunt of the trauma, upset or stress. So, as I shake from the upset I stay calm and cool on the outside for them.

I think I am a strong calm person who deals with anything that comes my way. I most often will think on it for a while then decide what I am going to do. I do not freak out much. That would only make things worse.

I move faster, breath faster i sweat and freak out!
In crisis situations your sympathetic nervous system reacts making your blood pump faster (BP goes up) and your breathing increases. you also get vasal dilation to provide your body with better blood/ oxygen supply. This usually helps you and your muscles react faster with a flight or fight response. I usually spaz for about 1.5 seconds and then react violently. lol.. no really.
