how do i get a star?

You must have made 100 posts to other mylot members discussions then you are automatically awarded a star from 1-10 with 10 being highest star rating.

Well with stars you simply need to rate other people and also post really good posts whih will attract many people to your posts! Also a good respons can earn a best response which can add to your clout

It has to do with the positive rating people give you, for example, you post 100 discussions and 80 are rated positive you might have a star with an 8 on it (for example, I don't know the exact standards). Rating someones discussion or answer positive or negative is done by the + or mines on the right of the discussion/answer.
