Do you think speed limits should differ between day and night?

I dont think the speed limit should change. I think people need to use better judgement on the speed they are going. I usually get off around 11pm and I am pretty tired. I drive slower because I am afraid a deer will run across the road and I wont be able to think quickly. And if I had to hit a deer I would rather do it going slower than if I were speeding down the road trying to get home quicker.
