I need help with this 3000 words essay thats due guys. "The culture of an orgnistation ti fundamental to its competitiveness and survivability." In the light of this statement assess the ways in which an organisation's culture may impact on its employees as well as its overall performance.

Welcome to mylot! I have not research anything, but I think an average persons view may be helpful too. So to have a culturally diverse group of employees in my opinion is very beneficial to an organization. We live in a VERY biligual country, so the more diverse the organization the better.
