Romanian girl,11,in abortion storm.

An 11-yr old Romanian girl became pregnant after being raped is to have an abortion in Britain despite getting last-minute permissionto have the procedure in her native country. The case has bitterly split the medicalcommunity,child right groups and public in Romania.
Pro-life Christian Orthodox groups had threatened to press charges if the girl was allowed to have an abortion in Romania since it would be beyond the 14-week legal limit. Now the girl is in twenty week pregnant after reportedly being raped by an older teenager when she was just ten.Her parents only found out about the pregency on June2,when they took her to local hospital for pain in her stomach. She then said that she had been repeatedly raped and threatened by 19 yr old man. The man surrended himself to a police station but was released after prosecutors said ther was not enough evidence of rape to hold him.
The girl's parents immediately asked doctors to perform an abortion, but local authorities refused, citing local laws that prohibit termination after 14th week of pregency.Following a massive public outcry and demand to make an exception to the rule due to her age and circumstances, a Romanian businesswomen living in Britain has offered to pay the costs for the abortion to be performed in a London clinic.
The family accepted the offer,but in a surprise development the Romanian government,facing domestic and international pressure,decided to bypass the legislation and allow for the abortion to take place.
Now my question is, who is responsible for the situation.

The person who raped a 10 year old girl is responsible. and this person should be found and HUNG!
I do not believe, were the girl to go back to Romania, that her country would follow through and allow this abortion. It is sad that is will be done? But no 11 year old is ready to be a parent and..who knows the damage to her little body were she to give birth? This is solely a medical procedure in this case for the best welfare of her health, I feel.
After the baby is born, then there will be a chance to do DNA testing. THEN there will be enough evidence to hold the man responsible for rape charges. Thye need to know his wherabouts until the procedure is over and do the DNA testing immediately.
But only ONE person is responsible for this. no child this young can consent to become impregnated. Their minds are not capable. Only the male that raped her is truely responsible.

I would hope they would let her get an abortion. Not many people are strong enough to raise a child from a product of rape. I would think the Romanian government would be responsible as well as the parents for the child.
