A dumb new rules from PTC Fox cash!

I am annoyed at Fox cash at the moment. They just add new rules after I am clicks away for my first pay out.Now, to asked for a cash out , every member had to click at least 250 times. So I had around 600 clicks there, now in order to make a pay out ( I was at $9.6 at the moment), I had to click additional 250 ads! 
That was just a cunning way from the admin to postpone all nearly payouts.
Now I had to click 20-21 days to asked for a pay out. What bothersome. For those of you who also Fox cash members, what are your thoughts of this new rules?
