How can internet become more advanced ?

If there is anything more popular than the internet I don't know what that thing is. Web 2.0 I know about. Web 3.0? What is it?

well i think web is already very much a popular thing. it is just that the speed is one issue that needs to be sorted out. if that can be done then you may never know you can have 3d interactive websites where you can go though a place and pic your things and make a shopping list and then the things will be delivered to you directly. and then you can choose from live things and that can happen if the speed is high
