what about your work?

I am working at a small electricity company, it develops usb device, i had worked 2 years already, but i feel bad, i don't learn any knowledge at the company, i am good at the software, In company i have less work, i often feel dull, but i have lots of free time, i can learn knowledge what i interest, i hope i can improve myself in one year, then i choice other company that make me furor, what about you, wether you have the same problem? what you think if you are same with me, please give me some suggest, thank you !!

I am working as a project manager in a software company, it is a small company, I have twelve colleague and we have worked together for many years. I feel that I can learn something usefull when I reckon with my work, but if I play at my work I will get nothing.

When i do my work, i feel very good, the time is pass fast that i feel. i don't like
free, i like busy, so that, i get a sense that i am alive, sometimes i looked the book too many long time and hate it a little, if i worked as the same time that study, i think it's good, and i may have enough power.

I had a similar problem before, I work at the entry level at an accounting firm many years ago. I would always get my work done since I am so efficient and end up with nothig to do. I also felt considering my qualifications after college I was not being used to my full potential. Eventualy I was able to advance to a management position, where I have plenty to keep me busy and get to really show what I am made of. Hopefuly things will work out for you they way they did for me.
