My sleeping's all messed up...I haven't gone to bed at the same time 2 nights in a row since I don't know how long.

I almost never stay up too late in the night. After reading some health articles, I have come to know that the ideal sleeping time is before midnight until 4am. So I do my best to sleep before midnight every night. Though there are times that I have too much assignment to rush which prohibits me to sleep before midnight. But most of the time I would sleep before midnight and wake up early in the morning to finish up the assignment so that I remain healthy.

I sleep for an hour in the afternoon and hence I do not feel like sleeping early in the night. I keep watching TV or reading novels till midnight and I go to bed around this time. Morning I get up at 7 a.m. It is advised by seniors in our family that one should get into bed around 9 or 10 and get up early in the morning say 5 or 6 a.m.
