hi, I'm on a diet and am running out of meal ideas I'm sick of salad and veg meals do you know any low fat pasta dish`s? or rice? anything really.

There are numerous recipie web sites that have lots of low fat recipes. You can also check out Paula Deens web site as well as Rachael Ray's. And you can go to the food network site for more ideas.

vegetables if good for you...it is low fat food,and it is really good your health...so just think about it...have a nice day
