In my company,we should comply with all orders our manager makes.sometimes,I'm not agree with his saying, and have my own idea, but when i say that,he will be under a cloud.
sometimes we have discussions, and then everyone joined in the discussion should write plans about how to complish the project,I always work hard to write my own consideration, but our manager just choose ones which have the same idea with his.
I feel disappointment, and I think my plan will be better.do you have the same exprerience?then what will you do?

Hi dear
some times it happened too, but very rare as i am working with my CEO since 10 yrs so i know what they want or required.
But whenever i have differnt idea, share it with them as its my duty, but if they still want to go by their way then i just do what they say as after all he is senior and have more experience and knowledge than me, and sure its his money
