Do you clean your work table daily??

or is ur table like mine...all piled up with files, papers, refernce books and gets cleaned only once in a while when i am in a mood to.Im ok working in a messy table as long as i know where to find what..Are u a clean n tidy person when it comes to keeping your work table right or are u like me??

Waaa! Funny you should ask! 
Well, I was dubbed the employee with the "cleanest" desk at the office. You know why? It's because after 2 1/2 years, the most number of objects I have on my desk are my name plate and my mug. That's it.
Almost all of my co-managers have personal stuff like pictures, office supplies here and there, stickers, post its, schedules, and I just have those two. Even the rest of the employees have at least 2 or 3 papers posted and some sort of a personal touch or design on their desks.

Well, I really don't want personal stuff on my desk as sometimes it's distracting. My colleagues have lots of pictures, candy boxes, etc. and it does take a small amount of time off. Taken cumulatively may have lost minutes of work.
As for paperworks and work related stuff, I really don't like clutter and I finish them off as fast as I can so I could set it aside and remove it from my desk. The way I see it, "If my desk is clean, my job is done."

Hi There,
I absolutely have to keep my work area clean. I am just the type of person that if something starts to become disorganized, I can never get it back to normal. It is a learning disability for me. I have learned to cope with that disability by being super organized. My work area is always totally neat and organized. My co-workers cannot understand how I do it! :)

well, just like yr co-workers.. i cant understand how u mange to do remain organized..its a good habit and i hope someday i get organized as well

I am like you, my table is forever a mess, and there are new papers getting added everyday. I say to myself that I have to clean it up, but invariably I get engrossed in something. When I desperately start cant find something then I land up in cleaning it. I have to change this.

i often clean my work table,but not everyday,i don't like to put papers and refernce together,also i prefer to making my table systematically,then when i find something,they are all there,and i think i will happy when my table is clean and tidy,certainly,it makes my work more well.

I dont clean my work table daily for my office buy always do it every day. And i think my desk is not enough dirty.
