Spirits or Angels

One of the shows I like to watch is "Ghost Hunters". It's interesting to me to see if they get any results from whatever locations they are in. I believe there there are other beings present around us, but call them Angels, especially my parents. I also believe that they try to communicate with me. Like when my uncle passed away and I didn't know. On the day which I was told he passed, I kept getting tapped on my shoulder. No one was home but me, so no one was playing a trick on me. It happened more than once while in the kitchen, and each time I turned around. Has anything like this ever happened to you, and do you believe in spirits or Angels? Do you believe they exist?
