I am a vegetarian and rarely go for non-vegetarian food. Overall, taking vegetarian food is better for our body, because our bodies are tuned to digest vegetarian food in a convenient and easy manner. Vegetarian food make me feel cool and calm, while non-vegetarian food can trigger high emotions and anger.
