how to handle business and family, same time but not in same place

We have our own 2 business and 2 children. Now my husband is taking care my children and he is finding the way how to improve our cash flow. I'm handling my own biz and now have to take care my husband biz that he used to incharge. Our family stay together before my children study abroad.Now they have to move and we have to think about family and business. My children are still young and they need mother love. But for me, I don't have things to do. Here I can do things. But no family beside me.
