I have $15 in my paypal account and i want to use them so please give me ideas where i can shop and what will i get in $15. please help me.

there is no meaning in withdrawing just 15 dollars.. or i can do 1 thing that is to wait for my account to reach 100+ dollars and then withdraw.. thanx buddy... :)

u can do shopping on www.ebay.com.....the sellers there accept only paypal money.....so u can use it there.

Sorry to butt in, but I keep trying to resubmit my response with no luck. My suggestion/response: On PayPal's website, there is a link to their sponsored stores you could check out. I will most likely be spending mine in ebay. I love ebay because you get huge discounts and you have an option to shop their stores and 'buy now' or bid and try to get an item at super low prices. I get my pet's Frontline Plus flea treatment on ebay for 40% of the retail price! www.ebay.com

You can shop on ebay if you have a paypal account. Or you can apply for a paypal debit card and use it any store like walmart or something

LOL, if you really can't find anything to do with it, please contact me and I'd be more than happy to take it off your hands...but seriously though, I normally Ebay my paypal away. I did just get the new PayPal MC though, and one of my jobs pays by paypal so it's going to be awesome to use it as a credit card with instant access to my mulah.
