life spent making mistakes

a life spent making mistakes is not only more honorable but more useful than a life spent in doing nothing.

This is very true. If you're making mistakes at least you are trying to accomplish something while doing nothing is a waste.

Agreed. Experiences can only be gained through the mistakes we make. There's a chinese saying that says, 'Failure is the Mother of Success'. Without failure, there can be no success.
