I think my little one is a bit of both. She loves makeup, heels, getting her hair and nails done, skirts, dresses, pink, and all thing Beyonce. But on the other hand, you have to call her spiderman!! LOL yes she wants to be the black and red spiderman! LOL She will be play fighting with her brothers and then scream, don't mess up my hair. She is only three. So i was wondering, do you have a girlie girl, a tom boy, or a mix of both like me

My little girl is definitely a girlie girl. She's into all the dressups, the makeup, teh hair, glitter, and everything's pink. She does have some boy friends (meaning friends that are boys, not boyfriends-- Jeez I'm not ready for that!) and gets invited to alot of the boy's birthday parties. So she fits in with both groups. She played co-ed soccer last year so she's in with the boys.

My daughter is a mix just like yours. She is almost 7 and loves pink but she loves to play outside and loves sports as much as her dresses. She is definitely both but I think she prefers pretty pink things over boy stuff.

I have two older boys and her father has a son from another relationship. So i just thought she would be such a tom boy. but she is really girlie. she loves to get down and fight with the boys as long as they don't mess up her hair. LOL

This is one question I would love to answer. But for now, I can only smile. Will get back to this question much later when I have a kid of my own. Heh heh heh... so you got a girlie girlie AND a tom boy there eh? Spiderman... that is also my favorite superhero!

My daughter is only 17 months old, so it is kind of hard to tell. I would say she is a mix of both. She loves clothes and shoes and even hair bands(if you let her put them in herself), but she is also all about being outside and running around.

My daughter is a little of both. She has the DIVA clothes, the DIVA attitude. http://flickr.com/photos/aishaladon/2482693367/ But is rough, and tough. She is the only girl and I guess that is why. She has red hair, and people say this means she will have a bad temper. Im not sure. I love both her girly girly and tomb boy, because Im the same way. Sometimes I dress girly, but Im always spoiled. Thats my mom, dad, husband , and brothers fault, in fact I blame it on my whole family. they show me so much love, it has gone to my heart.

I don't have children of any kind. When I grew up I was not particularly girlie, or a tomboy. I was just a kid who didn't want to be confined to geder. I am still that way as an adult.

i think a lot of kids are like that. they want to play and have fun, they don't know boy girl, they know who is fun to be with and that is it

LOL. That is funny. that sounds a little bit like me when I was growing up. I liked certain girly things but I was such a tomboy. My daughter is 16 now and she is mostly girlie but she also likes the tomboy things also. I think she is a little bit of both too. She likes alot of girl things but she hang with the best of the guys at alot of things also.

I happen to have one of each. My oldest is 5, she is a little priss. She can get dirt on her and freak out. My other is 3 and she is a tom boy. She can get dirt on her and eat it. Lol. They are total oppisites. She has a few girl qualities that she sopies from he older sister. Like she does play with dolls sometimes, but she would rather do something destructive.

cool girl you got there. I would say media really have strong influence on our kids. whatever they see, they mimic. spiderman 3 had a strong impact and retention on her. as well as vanity that media would normally show. she will grow up and find her own personality by that time. enjoy cuteness!

Actually I have one of both. My oldest daughter has been a girlie girl since she was born lol. She always loved dressing up, having her nails done, and shopping. She never liked getting dirty or any of the tomboy stuff. My youngest was more tomboy even though from time to time she did like to dress up and get her hair and nails done, she loved raising animals for 4H, riding horses and didn't mind getting dirty. My youngest was more like I was when I was younger, tomboy, through and through, I wanted to be fishing, going hunting with my dad, and would have rather played with cars then dolls. lol Who am I kidding, I would still rather be in blue jeans and tshirt, fishing, camping, and as for playing with cars, well they just got bigger, depending on the mood, I'll be found driving a 4x4 or a Mustang GT.....still love cars lol
