valley fever

My dog Norman has been diagnosed with the fungal infection Valley Fever. At first the vet thought it was arthritis but then she showed the x-rays to a specialist who said the infection was in Norman's joints. Has anyone ever treated their dog for Valley Fever? If so, what type of treatment did you use?
