Well if you like listening to music, one of my favorite sites is Slice the Pie.

You get paid for listening to songs from artists trying to sell albums to record labels. Just listen to the song for 60 seconds then write a good review. I actually find it really fun.
Other than that I mainly use paid emails through InboxDollars, but it takes so long.

I think it's safe to say that they're legit. I've read tons of reviews and referrals about them from other sites. They're based in the UK, so all the currency is in pounds.
Minimum payout is £5.00, and you withdraw the money with paypal. I'm haven't reached payout yet, but I'm halfway there after two days.
Each song that you listen to and review pays about £0.03. But that can increase depending on the number of songs you rate and the quality of your reviews.
