it's better that you're friends with your lover, because you share a deeper understanding of one another. There's that kind of warm feeling around you that's a mixture of closeness, intimacy, and friendship. Besides, if ever that you guys end up together, one of these days that flame you call love wuold burn out and what would remain would be the responsibilities and the obligation you have with each other. your relationship won't burn out because your friendship wuld form a tight bond between the two of you and hold you intact. I'm sorry, but why do you need to have friction with a lover in any sense other than physical contact? Dissension is the exact opposite of a healthy relationship. Friendship, connection and closeness are what make a relationship.

I think that is what is supposed to happen when you are into a romantic relationship. It should be and look like a good friendship and beyond it. I think that is the ideal way of having a good and healthy relationship.

Different people have different attitudes .people should know how to keep the relationship well.keep the good distance .and give more care and love but still leave the private space to your lover

I think that friendship should actually be included in an intimate realtionship simply because if you are not friends how come you love each other right?

wow what a perfect couple if ever... that's my dream! to have a lover who also can be my bestfriend, the one who can i talk with my problems, my spoof, mistake, everything and vice versa and also go for night out with me.!.!.hehehe

i think that is the best relationship to have. you have to be able to be friends with the one you are with, otherwise everything will always be serious and only about girlfriend/boyfriend type stuff and thats no fun.
