Leche Flan

guys, this is my favorite dessert and i want to cook it someday for my family and my boyfriend. he would be really proud of me if i did because he has been urging me ever since to learn cooking. please help me out guys! thanks!

8 egg yolk, 1 can condensed milk, one can evaporated milk. Mix then strain in a leche plan mold then steam.

Maybe you could create a caramel in the leche plan mold before stain then steaming tnx for this, I don't really measure how much egg or milk I should put .. I better try this one to prevent miscalculations ^^

Ohh I love leche flan. I have this officemate before who makes leche flan taste so good. I think you can find recipes for leche flan online. myLot doesn't allow posting of recipes here though so anyone who knows can PM you about it. =)

Hey that is one of my favorite dessert too! It is one of the things I look for when I go to our province during fiestas. :)
