how often do you cry.?....and how do you feel after crying?

first of all crying clenses your eyes....i cry often whenever i hear,see,and feel something emotional....

i go through spurts where im crying more often than usual then i will go long periods without crying.. i guess it depends on whats going on in my life to alter how easily emotional i can be/get

I have been doing that alot lately it seems like when I watch a moving TV show or a movie I will cry. Some how I feel like it does a person good to let go of their emotions and get it out of their system.
