Shawshank redemption is one of the movies I really love. Yet, it is rare that I meet someone who have actually watched the movie. Most of the time, I influence them to watch it.
I would love to meet someone who did... ANYONE?!!?

The Shawshank Redemption is one of my favourite movies, whilyn! I first read the Stephen King story (Rita Hayworth and the Shawshank Redemption) - which inspired it, and I loved what they did with the movie. Usually they manage to wreck Stephen King's stories when they make them into movies, but this one is brilliant! Must watch it again soon ...

hi! i think i managed to watch the movie for at least 15 times now.. My mom used to say.. Whilyn, stop watching that you have already memorized the lines.. :D
Have you watched of mice and men? it's a great movie too.. different from shawshank because its very predictable what the ending would be but it's how it reaches that point that makes the movie really good.. not a fan of gary sinise (but i watch CSI:NY) but i am a fan of malkovich (but i think this is the only movie that i actually loved him)
