Yes, i eat breakfast every morning. Aside from the fact that it's the most important meal...i really need to eat breakfast coz i am eating with my 2 yr oold son...if i will not eat, he won't either. he likes to eat with me...whatever he has he wants to share it with me.

I must have breakfast in the morning otherwise my day would not start properly. I'd feel weak and be listless all day. Also a proper breakfast is important because if you decide to just have a fast snack for breakfast it burns out really quickly and leaves you feeling hungry really early in the day.
But yes, no matter what I am doing in the morning I always have my breakfast!

No, I don't. I'm not up in time for breakfast. My day starts after noon every day. So I get my lunch in before I started writing and typing. I should eat breakfast more because I'll be less hungry during the day. I really need to curb my appetite.

I don't officially have breakfast. It always consist a cup of hot chocolate or milo. If have time, i will just have two slices of toast with butter. Simple as I know but yeah nothing to eat at my house really.
And yes breakfast is important as it helps you concentrate to do your work but that's not the case for me.
