Jalapeno and tomatoes plus lettuce and cheese, add some bits and pieces of chorozo ( the real one from Spain, not the Mexican one) and there's your delish sandwich!

I like a fried egg sandwich. Fix some bacon then fry an egg in the left over grease break the yolk so it spread over the rest of the egg. When the bacon and egg is done take 2 sliced of bread and toast them. spread may over the 2 slices of toast. put the egg and bacon on the bread and enjoy. I also like just a fried egg on untoasted bread with butter or mayo.
